Went into store yesterday inquiring about a limited time offer with Virgin Mobile, was informed because I was a current Virgin member I would have to cancel old plan and start a new one, meaning new phone #. Great deal so went ahead with it, but I would have to call to cancel with Virgin today. After being on hold with Virgin for a total of 2 hours, I was informed that I didn't need to cancel we were eligible for the plan, they only did it that way for the commission...... what a waste of my time, not very happy!!!! Needless to say, will not be walking in there for a cell phone plan again.

very disappointed went into the store to get a battery for my flashlight they had none in the store so the girl ordered one online turns out it was the wrong one but no refund because i opened the package!!!!!!!! im out 22 bucks but i was invited to come back another time and argue with the manager who wasnt there NOT COOL WONT EVER BE BACK
